- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 sliced banana
- ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
- ¼ cup of crushed almonds
- Maple syrup
- Combine teff, water, almond milk, coconut oil, cinnamon, banana slices and sea salt in a heavy saucepan at medium heat. Stir well.
- Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once at desired texture, poor into bowls and top each with almond, banana slices, and maple syrup.
